Chole Bhature
Chole Bhature is a very famous Street food in North India, specially in Punjab. It is a combination of yummy Chana masala (white chick pea or Black chick pea) with fried bread.

Bhature is looks like Poori, but Poori made from aata flour without fermentation. Bhature is made from Maida, and need to keep for fermentation. so. for Bhature dough , can use yest, baking powder or curd for fermentation process.
To take more temptation you can eat chole bhature with pickled carrot,green chili and onion.
Bhature – Ingredients and Method:
White flour (Maida), Yogurt or curd (Dahi), yeast or baking powder, and Ghee. Mix all the ingredients well and once kneaded well keep it for rise. Then make small balls and make flatbread with a rolling pin. Then after deep fry for making a bhature.
Chole – Ingredients
For chole or chana masala needed ingredients are, Chickpeas, Onion, chopped Tomatoes, Coriander seeds and Leaves, Garlic, Ginger, dried Mango powder, crushed Pomegranate seeds and garam masala.
