Samosa with Masala Chai

Samosa is one of famous Indian street food,which can eat both fried and baked forms. But as a street food fried samosa is very famous with Indian cutney.

The cover of samosa made by use all purpose flour, and for the savory filling can make by using potato, onion, meat, Cheese or Paneer, Peas and cashew. it may take different shapes such as triangular, cone, or half-moon shapes (in Sri Lanka it is known as patties). Samosas are most popular appetizer, or snack in the local cuisines of the Indian subcontinent, Western Asia, Southeast Asia, the Mediterranean, and Africa too. Samosa can eat with coriander,mint chutney and tamarind chutney. it’s common in India.

Masala Chai/ Masala Tea

It means tea with some spices. Basically for masala tea can add cinnamon, cardamom pods , cloves, black peper, ginger and star anise with tea powder and milk. It’s very tasty drink. Also it has power booster, immune booster characteristics. it will helps to reduce tiredness, sleepiness ans lethargy.
